September 1993 – setting up of the "12BIS JSC" company in Russia                                    
October 1994 – setting up of the “TBIS Co” company in the USA.  The business of importing and selling spare parts for foreign cars begins in Russia.                                    
December 1994 – the first container of gardening machinery is imported.                                          
December 1995 – creation of the name «Home and Garden» as the name for a sales warehouse in Moscow.                                         
1997 – registration of the brand-name «Home and Garden», as the Sole Distributor in Russia for the MTD brand  ( a leading American company that specialises in garden machinery and equipment with branches throughout Germany ).                                   
1998 – creation of the “SARIUM GMBH” company in Germany.                                       
2000 – first sales meeting for Russian retailers; first participation in industry-based trade-fairs in Russia. Setting up of the "Modern Gardener Ltd" company in Moscow as a study and technical development centre.                                     
2001 – first technical seminars for retailers and assistance centres. Sole distributor in Russia for products from Arnetoli Motor and Elpumps.                                       
2002 – the business of assembling electric hedge cutters begins in Russia;  the first periodical technical seminars are held.                                     
2002-2006 – setting up of six regional companies with warehouses and technical centres for the distribution of  “Home & Garden” products all over Russia. 
2006 – business gets underway for a second assembling company based in Voronezh.   Joint-Venture with a Chinese company for the production of gardening machinery.                                    
2006-2007 - registration of the brand-name “SunGarden” in both Germany and Russia                                          
January 2009 – End of the collaboration with MTD in Russia due to MTD setting up its own branch in Russia. As a result, «Home and Garden» decides to focus on manufacturing and selling its own products.                                      
September 2009 - participation in the Expogreen trade-fair in Bologna and the start of the " Mega " project.                                           
December 2010 - takeover of the Mega Group Srl company and the setting up of a new company under the new name of Mega Group Power Products Srl.
