- To become one of the Main Players on the European Gardening Market

The takeover of the Italian company resulted in production within the lawn mower industry being consolidated, with the the determination to firmly establish its position of leadership on the Russian market and introduce a strategy aimed at a much deeper penetration of both the European and Italian markets.

Besides expanding the product programme with ranges that are manufactured and marketed by Home & Garden it will also be possible to step up the sales strategies that are implemented by the new MegaGroup Power Products company.

The product-development programme is already underway and foresees an expansion of the range of lawn mowers bearing the following brand-names : Tonino Lamborghini , Mega , Mega Pro and SunGarden , with a clear and diversified positioning per channel.

Each brand will be backed-up by the product programme which is based on the introduction of a wide range of equipment including engine-driven cultivators , trimmers & hedge cutters , snowploughs , mini-tractors , plus a complete programme of electrical garden tools, etc.

The company's guiding principle and philosophy will be a major part of 'MADE IN ITALY', which, from the design to production, will be focused on quality, innovation, safety and respect for the environment.

The corporate logo, depicting the four-leaved clover, has already taken on the likeness of the Italian colours so as to reaffirm and emphasise this commitment.
